The OBJECTION FORM TOOL is quick and easy to use. When you have selected the issues you care about, you can edit and amend the generated example to ensure it reflects your key concerns .

You can then either follow the instructions below to send direct from your phone/laptop or you can copy/paste your final edited objection into the RBKC Planning portal comments section. Make sure you select OBJECT from the drop down menu.

To use the form:

  • Enter your details

    • Name, Email and Postcode

    • If you have already submitted an objection to Project Flourish (2023/4) - but want to submit a NEW objection to Ballymore’s revised Transport and Contamination plans (2025) - select YES (Objecting to New Issues Only}

    • If this is the first time you’ve submitted an objection select NO (New Objection) and select your key concerns.

  • Click Generate Objection Email.

  • Wait for 15-20 seconds

  • Review your objection and click "Click here to send now"

    • This will load your email programme with the email subject, text and recipients pre-entered.

  • Your objection email is now ready to go.

  • All you need to do now is click send.
