On this page you’ll find a summary of St William’s plans for the Sainsbury’s site, key issues of concern and tips on how to object.

** Deadline to Object is Sept. 19th**

St William have submitted TWO ‘Hybrid’ planning applications:

St William Application No.1 - THE MASTERPLAN

application PP/25/03535

This application assumes Project Flourish will be approved by RBKC.

Effectively, this means St William and Ballymore will be remediating, excavating, transporting toxic waste (70 lorries a day) and building on-site at the same time for the next 10-15 years.

St William Application No.2 - STANDALONE

application PP/25/03536.

If Project Flourish Is NOT approved, St William contend that their development is viable as a “standalone”.

This second application is for “improvement works” to Ladbroke Grove junction and Canal Way to facilitate alternative access to the site.

The “Hybrid” application

St William is only required to supply detailed information about part of the site (Plots B and C) and an overview of the rest of the development
