Keep Kensal Green is a member of GCU (Gasworks Communities United)

Keep Kensal Green is a member of GCU (Gasworks Communities United) set up by Angela Fonso ,(Southall Gasworks). GCU is an umbrella organisation representing a growing number of UK wide campaign groups concerned about the impact of toxic Gasworks developments. .

Over the last 3 years we have been collaborating with RA’s and local residents in N. Kensington , Environmental Consultants and Lawyers, Medical professionals, respected Academics and Remediation experts in UK, Europe and the US to find a solution to UK’s Toxic Gasworks problem! We have a trusted body of knowledge and expertise - including specialist research projects looking at key issues such as the transmission of toxic gas and advocating the need for Independent on site monitoring and overhaul of the Environment Agency!

We support safe, sustainable affordable housing for local people but we are campaigning for mandatory use of SAFE REMEDIATION METHODS for toxic gasworks developments that meet WHO and ‘best in class’ European Environmental standards to protect the health of residents

This report is an analysis of how far airborne toxic gas and dust particulates will travel across London based on academic studies, weather conditions and Air Monitoring data from Southall Gasworks.
